  • Our Employees

    Our caregivers are carefully screened before they are contracted to provide services to our clients. They are all insured and bonded.

    Caregiver Responsibilities

    • Your caregiver is expected to assist you in obtaining help when an emergency arises by calling 911 or any other number that you specify.

    • Your caregiver is prohibited from smoking in your house, and is not allowed to bring visitors while on duty.

    • Your caregiver may use your telephone only in emergency situations and, even then, must seek your permission before using it.

    • Your caregiver cannot pour or administer medicine; however, he or she can assist in the procedure.

    Work Ethic

    Your caregiver is expected to report to work on time, appear neat and well groomed to perform assigned tasks, and to treat you with dignity and respect.

    These services can be a benefit to you and your elderly family member because they are provided in your own home on a short-term or routine basis. At Care Experts, we take client relationship seriously. We focus on building long-standing relationships based on quality and cost-effective services that are provided within budget.

  • Help Us Serve You Better

    You can assist us in making sure that you are fully satisfied with the services that Care Experts provide.

    1. TIME CARDS

      Your assigned caregiver will give you a completed time card each week for your verification and signature. Please keep the customer copy for your records

    2. USE OF AUTOMOBILES

      Care experts recommend the use of your automobile for errands done by our caregivers. However, if you request the use of a caregiver's car, there will be a small mileage charge.

    3. PAYMENTS

      Please note that our caregivers are paid bi-weekly for the services they provide.

    4. ATTENDANCE

      If an assigned caregiver does not show up within 15 minutes of the time he or she is supposed to be there, please contact care experts immediately.
